Event Description: On Saturday, April 12, Comerica Bank will team up with Iron Mountain to host the twelth annual Shred Day DFW at Mercer Business Park (12121 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas 75234).
Shred Day DFW, designed to securely destroy and recycle sensitive paper documents, is FREE and open to the public. There is no limit to how much paper you can bring. Consumers and business owners may bring any amount of personal or business paper documents and we will destroy and recycle them securely and efficiently.
In Comerica's effort to give back to the community, the North Texas Food Bank will be on site collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations. Since its inception, Shred Day DFW has helped North Texans securely destroy and recycle over 2.64 million pounds of sensitive paper documents and provided more than 346,000 meals for those in need.
Volunteer Description: Volunteer at the annual Comerica Bank Shred Day event by accepting canned food donations and greet guests as they enter the Iron Mountain parking lot while working cooperatively with other volunteers and staff. Closed-toe shoes are required, and a safety vest will be provided. Volunteer may potentially lift 25-35 of product.
